Neurofeedback & occupational therapy for a calmer, more stable nervous system
Precise, gentle and personal — for better sleep quality, focus and inner balance in daily life.
SOMA NEXUS combines ILF neurofeedback, Synchrony training and occupational therapy support into a clear, individual treatment path. The aim is more sustainable self-regulation of your nervous system — in familiar surroundings and with a science-oriented approach.
Your brain learns to regulate itself
ILF neurofeedback (Infra-Low Frequency neurofeedback according to the Othmer method) is a modern therapeutic approach based on existing scientific research, in which your brain learns to regulate its own activity more effectively.
Using sensitive sensors, your brain’s electrical activity is measured in real time and reflected back as visual feedback. Through repeated feedback, your brain can gradually learn to optimise its self-regulation — without medication.
- Non-invasive, medication-free
- Low in side effects
- Medically tested devices (Beemedic / Cygnet)
- Interpreted in light of studies, guidelines and clinical experience
- Suitable for children from age 6 and adults
Gentle training for an overloaded nervous system
Rather than merely covering symptoms, ILF neurofeedback supports self-regulation where overload, inner restlessness and exhaustion arise.
Who may benefit from ILF neurofeedback?
Scientifically explored for a wide range of neurological and psychological concerns.
ADHD in children & adults
Support for concentration difficulties, impulsivity, and school or work-related strain in everyday life.
Burnout & chronic stress
For exhaustion, autonomic overload and the feeling of always being “on.” The aim is more regulation, recovery and sustainable resilience in daily life.
Trauma & PTSD
The alpha-theta protocol can support the processing of distressing experiences and emotion regulation.
Sleep difficulties
For trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, nighttime restlessness and the feeling of not waking refreshed. Training aims to support more calm, rhythm and sleep quality.
Anxiety & depression
As a complementary option for inner restlessness, emotional instability and ongoing psychological strain.
Migraine & chronic pain
For recurring headaches, increased pain sensitivity and a nervous system that struggles to settle into relaxation.
