Method

Your brain learns to regulate itself

ILF neurofeedback (Infra-Low Frequency neurofeedback according to the Othmer method) is a modern therapeutic approach based on existing scientific research, in which your brain learns to regulate its own activity more effectively.

Using sensitive sensors, your brain’s electrical activity is measured in real time and reflected back as visual feedback. Through repeated feedback, your brain can gradually learn to optimise its self-regulation — without medication.

  • Non-invasive, medication-free
  • Low in side effects
  • Medically tested devices (Beemedic / Cygnet)
  • Interpreted in light of studies, guidelines and clinical experience
  • Suitable for children from age 6 and adults

Gentle training for an overloaded nervous system

Rather than merely covering symptoms, ILF neurofeedback supports self-regulation where overload, inner restlessness and exhaustion arise.

Indications

Who may benefit from ILF neurofeedback?

Scientifically explored for a wide range of neurological and psychological concerns.

Important: Neurofeedback does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. It complements it as a supportive method.
